SHIPPING & RETURNS

UK PROCESSING TIMES

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days. This will include all orders from Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). STONE FOX cannot control the arrival of your package after leaving our warehouse. Our delivery times are estimated and based on the same delivery guidelines from our courier at time of shipping.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your products but whether you didn't like it or it didn't work as expected, we'll try to make it right.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email: hello@stonefox.shop

Returns Conditions:

  • You have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

  • The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

  • The goods are returned in the original packaging.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Goods not eligible for return or refund:

  • The supply of good made to your specification or clearly personalised

  • Damaged goods

  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over

  • Good which are not suitable to be returned due to health or hygiene reasons

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.

STONE FOX cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. It is recommended that and insured and trackable mail service is used. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
